Yale Assure Lock 2 Plus
Not quite as good as the Schlage Encode Plus, but it's looks better. Point my Apple Watch at it and it opens. Works for my wife's watch too. Zero friction.

I've tested a lot of mesh systems and keep coming back to Eero. WiFi 6, great value, and it just works. This is the one I always recommend.

Sonos Era 300
Sonos Play:5 knockoff. I don't think it sounds as good, but it looks way cooler and a step up over the Sonos Move. Probably best as a surround speaker.

I like these because they work with Matter, so you only need to use the Apple Home app. Setup takes two seconds.

I have two of these. Perfect way to control dumb tech without a phone. I use mine to turn on my YouTube lights and for turning on a light strip.
Aqara 2K Indoor Camera E1
We have two in our kids' bedrooms as nanny cams. Never touch the Aqara app. We only use it for HomeKit Secure Video.
